Pocket Crayons is designed to work without an account, advertising, analytics, or a content server.
Information Pocket Crayons handles
Pocket Crayons stores colouring pages and artwork on the device. Artwork stays on the device unless a grown-up chooses to export it to the device’s Photos library. The app requests permission to add an exported image to Photos only when a grown-up selects that action.
Pocket Crayons does not collect, transmit, sell, or share a child’s personal information or artwork. It does not use third-party advertising, behavioural tracking, or analytics SDKs.
If a grown-up chooses Send feedback, their own email app opens with a draft addressed to Pocket Crayons. Any information sent in that email is handled by the grown-up’s email provider and the recipient of the email.
Purchases
Optional colouring packs are one-time purchases processed by Apple through the App Store. Pocket Crayons receives only the entitlement information necessary to determine whether a purchased pack should be available on the device. Payment information is handled by Apple and is not collected by Pocket Crayons.
Children
Purchase controls, external links, and parent settings are behind a grown-up check. Pocket Crayons does not ask children to provide personal information.
